New images show iPhone 6 with 4.7 and 5.5 inch screen

There has been a flurry of leaks concerning the unconfirmed iPhone 6. Many of these reports suggest that there will be models with two different screen sizes. The most recent leak was posted by Sonny Dickson and shows two models of the smartphone with varied screen sizes; 4.7 and 5.5 inch, respectively.

This leak backs up a previous report that suggested Apple's display supplier, Japan Displays Inc. would be manufacturing a 5.5 inch WQHD (1440x2560) screen that could be used in the unannounced smartphone. It also shows features that were leaked in earlier images, such as the placement of the power button on the right side which is similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5. Even though the back of the devie does not have the Apple logo, it will be engraved like all previous models. As for why these devices don't have the Apple logo, it's likely because they are early production runs to test the assembly process.

All of the leaks that have been coming out have been incredibly similar to each other. Even though these images have yet to be confirmed by Apple, it seems very likely that this could be how the final product will look.

I'm getting the 6 just because I can. I don't really have that high hopes though.

The iphone 5's still, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck. I'm not going to the 6 until my 5 dies on me. Had it ever since it came out & no complaints.

I feel it bro. They are following the huge smartphone trend and that crap is annoying to carry around, especially if you got small pockets.

I'm not really a fan of how thin it looks. I like the somewhat bulkiness of the iPhones, either way, I'll probably end up getting this and slapping a Life Proof case on it anyways.

jxremiah It's a problem when the superior phone brand has the same size, or even close, to it's inferior android competitors. I'm not looking forward to how big they're getting, but that's just me. The fact that all iPhones are the same size allows developers to create apps ideal to the iPhone. This is why iPhone apps work better than Android apps. I'll probably end up getting the iPhone 6 though, in the smaller form.


I have a ipod touch and an android phone both systems run apps flawlessly, alot are on both app stores as well. I see what you are saying but its unnecessary to say for the fact that android 4.2 and up can run any app on the app store
