Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare video shows off futuristic tech

Sledgehammer Games has released a new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare trailer showing off the "relatable" futuristic technology featured in the game.

Sledgehammer Games co-founders Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey feature to talk about the futuristic weapons that players will use, including energy guns, advanced grenades, dynamic cover devices and the cover-featured exoskeleton tech.


The Sledgehammer developed shooter is said to be set in a plausible future, specifically the year 2054, and stars Kevin Spacey as main antagonist Jonathan Irons.

The Call of Duty Advanced Warfare release date is November 4 on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC.

All Call of Duty Advanced Warfighter DLC will be released first on Xbox platforms.

E3 was a disappointment to me. This looks a little better though

Maybe it's just be that doesn't enjoy cod as much due to it being too futuristic.
However. It comes down to personal preference and when it becomes too futuristic then it is no longer enjoyable for me.

That is the reason to why I stick to primarily mw2 and cod4.

You hit the nail on the head there, every cod has been good and similar to one another but this game just look ridiculously stupid, not call of duty to me.

I will say, that video seemed a lot more interesting to me than the story one they showed at E3. They still haven't sold me yet though. Maybe once they release some multiplayer they will, or they may even kill it. Who knows?

I like how the game looks. But. I wouldn't mind if they came out with another World War 2 Call of Duty. World at War was great, I wanna see another World at War.

Actually, speaking of World at War. They should bring World at War, and some of the other older Call of Duty's over to the new consoles (Xbox One, and PS4)

Mobile shield thing is gonna be OP and all the noobs will use it. Other than that the Exoskeleton looks very cool!

Plz don't bring the jump height to multiplayer. I do like the vehicles though. Gonna be hit and running some people! :D

I saw the video on Youtube this morning and I think it looks awesome. The exoskeleton looks amazing. Also, the vehicle looks really cool.
