Watch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's multiplayer reveal on Xbox Live

Developer Sledgehammer Games will introduce Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's multiplayer during Gamescom 2014. What's that, you say? Checking out of reality for a week to go play games in Germany is a bit infeasible? Well as long as you can get on Xbox Live, there's a consolation prize: Sledgehammer's trailer reveal will be broadcasted live on Xbox Live at 1 p.m. Eastern on August 11, with interviews also planned during the presentation.

That Xbox locked in a multiplayer reveal on its own channels shouldn't be much of a surprise, considering that Advanced Warfare's DLC will arrive on Xbox One before any other platform. Hopefully Sledgehammer has some neat game modes in store for us – we can only entertain ourselves by fighting Kevin Spacey's army for so long.

Watched this reveal, to be fair it look pretty decent, but all cods look good, then they are released, and get boring after a month. COD4 is still the best, and always will be!

This reminds me a bit of Halo with the jet packs and all.

Don't know that I will be purchasing this.

Jetpacks? Wow this has gone downhill by a long way. Should of just stuck to the Modern Warfare feel of the game.

100% agree, WaW is the best cod imo, I still play HC SnD on it to this day and still enjoy it more then playing all other cods.


WaW was not the best IMO. I enjoyed it, alot! But it is not the best.

The futuristic COD is not bad. Its the designers that make it bad.


I wouldn't say the best cod is any that came out after MW2 js.

WaW was my favourite by far, I loved the multiplayer and the Zombies was perect.
