Nearly two years later, Black Ops 2 map arrives on Wii U

Great news for dedicated Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 players on the Wii U: you're getting new DLC! Bad news: It might taste a little stale, as it's DLC that's almost two years old.

"Nuketown 2025," a free downloadable map from Black Ops 2, has reached Nintendo's console a mere year and (not quite) nine months since the game's release. IGN reports that the map is included in the latest title update, as is an icon for the Zombies mode map, "Die Rise." It is noted, however, that although Die Rise appears on the game's menu, it is not playable.

As for Nuketown, well ... better late than never, Wii guess.

It's a Wii U and btw it's doing better than Xbox One and no i'm not a fanboy i have all the consoles.Tbh it doesn't need this anyways there's plenty of AAA titles on Wii U to choose from and yes it can easily handle COD games it has more power and better graphics than 360 and PS3 and more control options in case it matters ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if he did, i have a ps3, 2 360s, a Wii (not U), and a Xbox one. And I'm going to get the ps4 at some point.


I have a load of retro consoles too btw and 2 XBOX 360's,2 or 3 Wii's,a jailbroken PS3 a 3DS and an XL Zelda limited ed,an OUYA,couple of tablets,ipod etc.That's "all" i have now as i did have about 10 360's and PS3's ( i was collecting the different models,60gig,80gig,120gig etc but it seemed kinda pointless so let some go ) and a whole load of retro consoles more than i have now but it's mainly Nintendo i collect.I wouldn't say that's alot these days tbh.I can post a pic no problem and i wasn't actually boasting i was merely pointing out i,m not a fanboy... i do like gaming though,on PC too even.


you said you have all the consoles! I didn't see a mention of xbox one or ps4 in that list

Nintendo don't care about COD,it's rubbish now anyways,old news.played out... get it? They have far better games than COD already.Kids and noobs tink it's the best game ever because it's so noob friendly and made for amateurs.


I couldn't have said it any better. Nintendo is focusing on the exclusives for the system


Yes... but i think it wouldn't hurt them to get the CoD games up to date and the same as other consoles, seeing as it still sells a huge amount each year.

I completely agree. 2 years is a long time to wait for a game like this. I imagine not very many were sold. :|

Whey That took a very long for this DLC to come out for the players of CoD on the Wii.
Hopefully it would be a discounted price for the members ,,,


It's free it wouldn't be fare to pay for an old/late DLC
