GTA 5 next-gen is not delayed, still coming fall 2014, says Rockstar

Following a rumour earlier this week that GTA 5 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC has been delayed to 2015. Rockstar has reiterated that the game’s fall 2014 release date has not been changed.


Despite having not announced a date beyond “fall 2014,” the developer was asked by a fan on the support page to comment on the rumour. Rockstar later replied saying that the announced release date has not been changed and referred him to the support article.

Do you think if it was due this year they would’ve announced a date by now?

nah i think the reason they waited so long with hiests is so they can release it with next gen



Yeah, then they're gonna say that setting up servers for the NextGen consoles is delaying the heist update just like they did with the hackers.

I think they are. I like how they said they will be out within the first quarter of 2014. They just want more money.
