Call of Duty Advanced Warfare MP video shows exoskeleton abilities

Activision has released a Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare video offering a fresh look at the game's multiplayer offering.

Narrated by Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey, the video focuses on exoskeleton abilities like cloaking, speed boosts and the ability to protect against explosives, and how these can be used to turn the tide of battle.

What sets Advanced Warfare multiplayer apart from previous Call of Duty titles is the adoption of what Sledgehammer Games is calling Exo Abilities – battery-powered abilities tied to your Exo Suit that add another layer of customization and gameplay at the cost of one loadout point.

They range from options that allow you to deploy a personal ballistic shield, increase movement speed, or even hover in mid-air. Their usage, of course, is bound to your suit’s battery life that drains while activated and is good only once per life.

How was BO2 a let down its one of the best cods.

In my opinion it was terrible, only fun thing was quick scoping in free for all.

This series is completely over. They are trying too hard now to change it up but really all people want are new guns, attachments, camos, perks, maps, etc. No one wants COD to be turned entirely into a new game. This looks more like Halo.

I bet you this game won't beat the Black ops 2 record sale... hell even Ghost didn't have an excellent sale lmao... usually the next cod always breaks the record of the previous cod, yeah that wasn't the case with ghost im pretty sure this will do bad as well.

BubbaTYBG I'm kind of disappointing about the way Destiny turned out. Hopefully this isn't the same.

Destiny is amazing you must still be lvl 5, unaware of the secrets and possibilities beyond lvl 20. Visit the Moon, look up, see a broken space station, satellites flying over head and witness the Earth turn on its axis. Then tell me this game is a disappointment.


You jump to conclusions really quick. He said it was a disappointment, and it was definitely over-hyped. The game is very short for $60, IMO. He's just saying that he wasn't very satisfied with the game. It's very repetitive unlike some other games like or somewhat related to Desitiny. And don't just try to assume I'm a level 4 who just got the game. I played the beta on day 1 and I have played since day 1 of release. I'm level 14 and the game is pretty stale already.
