The Crew delayed to December 2nd. Second open beta announced.

Ubisoft's, The Crew, will now be released on December 2nd instead of its original release date of November 11 in North America and November 14 in Europe.

The second closed beta will be sometime during November on only the Xbox One and PS4. No word on a second closed beta for PC.

This is not the first time the game has been pushed back, it was originally expected to be released earlier this year on March 31st, 2014. Ubisoft's creative director, Julian Gerighty, quoted “Our philosophy remains to deliver the best game possible. We’re all committed to delivering a revolutionary experience in the driving genre and we can’t wait for The Crew to be in the hands of the players.”

I honestly think that these game developers are wasting their time.
There will never be a Forza replacement.

Hopefully they don't follow in the footsteps of GTA V and delay it for more than a year, that would suuuuck. I'm extremely excited for this game and can't wait to play it.

At least they are having a second free beta, unlike other games which get delayed and give nothing other than the announcement.

Then again, you could play the BETA, not like it, they could change a whole load of things, and then you could like it? Only time will tell :)
