"Having difficulties managing your Friends or Profiles?" reads an update, posted at 9:36am UK time. "Us too, but we're already working hard to address this issue! We're grateful for your patience in the meantime, Xbox members. We'll update you as soon as we have more information."

Xbox 360 users may also have trouble with OneDrive, the manufacturer's cloud storage service. "It's come to our attention that some of our members are having a tough time connecting to the OneDrive service using the OneDrive application. Hang in there, Xbox members! As you read this message, we're working with our internal partner to correct this issue."

Last but not least, access to the Sky Go app is limited. Microsoft is again "working alongside our partner to get this issue fixed as soon as we possibly can".

Communism So many issues recently with Xbox One and Sometimes 360!

I feel like moving to Playstation although they problem have just the same amount of problems.


Though I've only owned my Xbone for about two months now and this is the first issue I've had with it, tbh. I don't know what you're talking about.

Friend list issues happen often. Party chat are crap, always someone you cant hear. Also the dashboard is lagging and X1 have less feature than the 360. It will be 1 years the xbox one is out soon, I cant belive the one is still ****.

No it's not. Ask anyone that own a xbox one. they will tell you party chat are crap. The kick button dont even work half of the time.

Xbox are saying the friend issue will be fixed in 30 mins since 24h now lol

I disagree with SgtHatred42, although your internet speed may play a key role in your online connection...the party system has been wonky since day one. It seems like with each update that is rolled out, one issue is fixed and 5 more are created. Moving the whole 360 infrastructure over to a new platform does take time. Another year from now we'll see most of the features updated with a smoother UI that doesn't lag when changing processes.

I've been on Xbox pretty much all day and I've been wondering why I couldn't view my friends list. I'm surprised it's still messed up though since as of now this article was posted 7 hours ago. I hope they fix the friends list soon.
