I'm assuming you mean you got the xbox one on the first day it came out and the price is bound to be really high on the day of release.

The console itself normally costs $350, and they're including $240 worth of extra stuff. Even if you don't like the games, it's still free stuff you could just sell if you really wanted to.

Most of us aren't actually wanting this stuff though. We want a bigger hardrive (at least 1tb) and the new sleeker design. Oh and selling the games will only get 60$ in total in reality. The only plus is the $40 controller they give you for free.


Sell the games and extra controller and buy a 2TB external hard drive. And I doubt they will make a slimmer model any time soon. Everyone complained about the xbox red-ringing and said they would rather have a thicker console if it meant a bigger fan, so they did it. Now everyone's complaining about a bigger console. Logic = on point

Realisticly the re-sale value doesn't add up to that, but 3 games at $60 and a controller adds up to $240 retail.
