League of Legends roster expands with Bard, the Wandering Caretaker
Riot Games has introduced Bard, the Wandering Caretaker, to its phenomenally popular MOBA.
According to the new champion’s reveal page, Bard “dwells beyond the physical universe in realms unknown to man” and manifests only “when others threaten the cosmic equilibrium”. He’s the first support Champion who grows in power just by moving around, and can open long range portals and provide health packs.
His passive ability is called Traveler’s Call. Ancient Chimes causes sacred chimes to appear on the battlefield, which grant Bard a speed, experience and mana boost. Meeps summons small creatures to aid in Bard’s attacks, which get more powerful as he collects more chimes.
Riot has been kind enough to offer detailed information on how to play as Bard, including whole sections on Laning and Teamfights as well as suggestions on which Champions he works best with.

[quote]You all have not played it.
You need to play it to understand the skill required, the awesomeness of chosing a Champion that has the skillset you enjoy playing, ie Ganking, Support, or Laneing, you need to understand the game as a whole to understand a single piece of it.
I certainly have played it plenty and still have no interest in it. Hell, I still hop on it a few times a week since some of my buddies so dearly want me to be into the game. Yet, it does nothing for me. Telling them they haven't played it because they don't like it and or don't find it interesting is just blatant ignorance. Like they have no other option but, to like the game.
You can name a game you don't like and I can say the same to you and it will still hold no weight.

I played it for a few days, but I still find it pretty repetitive.

Decent game, but it has the worst community ever.

This seems like it will be a high priority pick for some time, so much you can do with him, and an excellent support character. Excited to try him myself.
