Today Microsoft made a new system software update numbered xb_rel_1506.150526-2200 available to members of the preview program, but only to those included in the first wave.

This month, in fact, updates will go out in two waves, so if you still didn’t get this one, it means you’re part of the second.

That said, if you had trouble installing certain games from the disk with the new updates, looks like Microsoft has been on top of the problem, and this patch should fix the issue, as mentioned in the patch notes posted by Program Manager Emily Hanson on the private preview forum:

CHANGES
Fixed an issue where certain types of disc-based bundled games would not properly install.
