Xbox One Black Ops 3 Pre-Orders Outpacing PS4 In the US

The latest pre-order charts have been released as of April 11th, 2015. The chart shows the position of Black Ops 3 pre-orders in its second week available for pre-order.

As you can see with 2 weeks worth of pre-orders, the Xbox One version of Black Ops 3 is estimated to have about 174k pre-orders while the PS4 version has about 120k. That’s actually pretty impressive for Xbox One since the PS4 is estimated to have a 700k hardware lead in the US over the Xbox One.

Call Of Duty is definitely more popular on Xbox and a big reason for that is that the platform gets DLC 1 month earlier than the PS4, something that is rumored to change with the upcoming Black Ops 3.

Wow it looks like more people are going to be playing in Xbox One more than Ps4. I pre ordered it on Ps4 :) hope this game wont be disappointing

Sanctyy I pre-ordered a game once and it ended up arriving late. I don't bother pre-ordering anything anymore. Better to wait and see how the game is first, and then buy.


Cant you just pre order from the marketplace and download? or go to a store and pre order the CD version? why do you have to do online?


Last time I pre-ordered a game was like BO1 on XB360 lmao. You couldn't download it before launch and then play it at launch. It arrived over a week late, it was brutal. That's not why I don't pre-order anymore though, it's because so many games are below the standards they should be at release and that's not on. Pre-ordering games is a no-no for me.
