Samsung unveils the Galaxy A8, its thinnest smartphone ever

Next month, Samsung is expected to launch its new Galaxy Note 5 flagship, but today, the company quietly added another device to the upper end of its range. The new Galaxy A8 is technically a mid-range handset, but features some pretty decent specs - and it also happens to be the thinnest smartphone Samsung has ever released.


The Galaxy A8 is just 5.9mm thick, but still manages to squeeze in plenty of desirable features. Its key specs include:
5.7-inch Super AMOLED with Full HD (1920x1080px) resolution
Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) processor
2GB RAM
16GB / 32GB storage options (plus microSD card support up to 128GB)
16MP rear camera

NBC This phone just looks amazing. I just don't like Android. I've tried several phones. (Galaxy S6, HTC One M8, Most of the Moto Razr series) I always seem to keep going back to my Iphone.


Yeah I had the S4 when it first came out and I returned it after a few days.

Masove I really like Samsung, especially there phones, even though mine is giving me problems with its battery life, however still a great phone and I look forward to this one.


you can pick up a new battery, thats the best thing about android phones, they have problems you can usually fix them without having to send them to any company
