Sony’s New Mobile Projector For The PlayStation 4 Revealed

At a recent media event, Sony has announced a new accessory for PlayStation 4, "Mobile Projector". At the event, Sony also showcased a demo working of this Mobile Projector for PlayStation 4 with Until Dawn.

The list of features this new Mobile Projector for PlayStation 4 will offer are as follows:

Laser Technology.
Auto Focus & Free Focus modes.
Can project up to 120-inch screen size (from about 3.6m away).
1920 x 720 resolution.
Brightness rating of 32 lumens.
HDMI/MHL connection.
Ability to stream video from any device, over Wi-Fi.
Has a 3000mAh battery which can last up to 2 hours of usage.
There is a tiny internal speaker to output audio, but most of us will plugging in a headset or external speakers to the stereo earphone jack.
The form factor of the device is really small. About the size of two Sony Xperia phones stacked together!

They are have to! Xbox is whopping some new stuff sony has to bring something

This would be sick in a nice dark room. Imagine playing your favorite game on the entire wall. I wonder if it would work with any device. Also are you sure the resolution is correct? 1920x720p is kind of odd.

I'd honestly never use this if I had a Playstation. I'd rather stick to a 32" HD TV. Unless the projector is absolutely amazing ( Not sure on if the specs are good ) then there's no point in this. It will just look terrible if there's a tiny bit of light in your room.

Every product that is made is meant for the purpose of gaining profit. I don't really understand what you're complaining about.

No one is telling you guys to replace your HD TVs. I'm pretty sure the product wasn't meant for that purpose. If you wanted bring your console to an event or something without having to carry a TV than I'm pretty sure they'd buy this. It's not pointless.
