Crackdown 3: New Video Details The Power of Cloud

Crackdown 3 was by far the best game at Microsoft’s stunning Gamescom press conference. Featuring destructible environments, Reagent Games plans to deliver a new and unique experience for Xbox One owners. Crackdown 3 is essentially the first game on the Xbox One that will utilize Microsoft’s cloud services to improve performance and add enhanced effects such as destruction.

In an interview published by Xbox’s official channel, Dave Jones from Reagent Games details how they are using the power of the cloud to push the game to an all new level. He also talks a bit about how destruction will affect gameplay and how it will be a different experience everytime the player plays the game.

Honestly I hated the 2nd one, hope this one is better.


Agree with you Arzua. Hard to say fully off of the videos, but this one from comments and other fixes sounds pretty amazing.

Hitlist Can't wait for this game to launch. I literally grinded crackdown 1 for weeks to get max strength etc.

Destructible environments are only is multiplayer what I've heared.


Yes but Crackdown 2 didn't have them at all.
And they have some of it on story mode.

FutureShep I remember playing Crackdown 1 for ever grinding to get max stats.. and then i found glitches.. Lmao.. but then crackdown 2 came out and they had a DLC with like a mod menu or forge mode(halo reference).. I really hope this crackdown is nothing like two.. but more like one :)

I liked 2 more than 1 but they were both great!
