Halo 5: A Hero Falls TV spot is pretty dramatic

Halo 5 is going to be a rough time for our pal Master Chief. Possible spoilers follow.

Halo 5: Guardians is close now and Microsoft is starting to ramp up its promotional campaign. The video below was aired during Sunday Night Football earlier today.

I think it’s obvious by now that something serious happens to Master Chief during or before the events of the game, and also that whatever the news reports in this trailer claim the truth of the situation is not yet clear. Nevertheless, perhaps you shouldn’t watch this if you want to avoid spoilers.

They talk about some of this in the Hunt The Truth audio files. Chief dying in that fashion just doesn't seem like it will be the way it will actually go down. Maybe Chief wakes up to visions of Cortana. Maybe ONI thinks he is dead due to their knowledge on the event, but Chief then wakes up and goes under their radar for a bit. I like where this could go. I hope Hunt The Truth really ties into the story in an very clear way. Like, I even want an easter egg achievement based off of it (and more specifically, a certain character), lol. Good video. I do also like how his date of death is the same date (aside from year of course) that the game comes out.

Yeah there is no way that he would die for sure. But we will see what happens. Master Chief for life

Yeah there is now way they would just throw his death in.

I'm sure he won't die, Master Chief has been a symbol of Xbox right from the beginning.
