I think there were no doubt that Star Wars: Battlefront‘s beta would have been big, but just how big? EA DICE answered that question today, and it was actually the largest beta test of Electronic Arts’ history.

Over nine million users downloaded the beta and tested the game.

That’s a definitely sizable amount, but after all it’s Star Wars, so no one should really be surprised.

Star Wars: Battlefront launches on November 17 in North America and November 19 in Europe.

It will be released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One
