Im looking to get a PS4 soon. Seeing there are updates every two weeks, is the system performance really that bad ?

It does seem like you are just going for the MVC I agree with this.

On topic: The post is not that detailed so what do you mean "stability" control? Less lag when on the home page or loading games? A little research and less copy paste could help.

Miss Downloaded it last night and haven't noticed a difference. My PS4 always runs fine.

Same, probably just fixes the little bugs out on old firmware
