Some Halo 5: Guardians players have noticed that their multiplayer progress has been completely reset recently. This includes rank, commendation records and reward gained from opening REQ packs.

The issue has been reported on Halo Waypoint forum, where 343 Industries responded that they are aware of the issue and investigating a fix. The Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer services are currently listed as “Impacted”, meaning matchmaking and player records may be experiencing some issues.
