New Xbox One dashboard rolling out now, download close to 1.2GB

Right on schedule, the new Xbox One Experience is starting to become available all over the world.

Reports are coming in from many users to confirm that their consoles have started downloading the New Xbox One Experience. The update is just shy of 1.2GB, which is a lot larger than the usual 250MB updates.

The new Xbox One dashboard promises to be 50% faster, improve party chat and messaging, and a whole bunch of other features and system improvements.

It also brings Xbox 360 backwards compatibility support to the console, but not for another 12 hours.

kms great update everything runs a lot smoother.

Yeah the update before was so glitchy, it was hard to even get on the one, I'm glad their putting out all these updates that are making their next gen console a lot better!

It downloaded automatically while I was asleep, woke up to the beautiful new dash.

Haven't been on Xbox yet to download it, and my internet is so bad already never mind using it on a 1.2GBDL

I don't mind the update . I did make a post about it . But yeah it's ok . I like how fast everything is now
