Quantum Break Pre-Load Is Live On Xbox One, Download Size Revealed

Quantum Break is currently available for pre-order on the Xbox One and now Microsoft has released the pre-load of the full game on Xbox One Store. If you have pre-ordered Quantum Break before its release, you can download the full game now and then play it once it launches officially on April 5th. If you wanted to know the install size for Quantum Break, the latest update to the Xbox One store has revealed it to be around 44 GB. The game can now be pre-loaded so if you have a slow connection, you can download it before launch and play it once it unlocks.

Quanum Break is a third person sci-fic shooter developed by Remedy Entertainment. It seamlessly blends cinematic story telling with gameplay by featuring live action cutscenes revealing the story and mixing it with a third person shooter. The player has the power to use time to perform various moves like freezing the time around to kill enemies. Quantum Break was recently confirmed for Windows 10 along with Xbox One. Those who will pre-order a digital copy of Quantum Break can get the Windows 10 version for free along with Alan Wake American Nightmare. Microsoft is also offering free Alan Wake with all of its DLCs for the physical and digital version of the game. Quantum Break will be released on April 5th, 2016 for the Xbox One and Windows 10. It has been confirmed to be a Windows 10 Store exclusive by Microsoft.

44GB is about right for a game now a days. They used to only be around 6GB but now they are 20GB+ at least!

Still iffy about this game. While it LOOKS incredible, I feel like it would be a few hours of campaign play then you put it away and forget about it. I have a good amount of games in my "ready to install" section that ended up the same way.
