Xbox head says he is 'very sorry' for the continued Xbox Live issues

As the Xbox platform continues to struggle in some areas the head of Xbox Phil Spencer has tweeted out mentioning he is “Sorry for the current issues” the platform is facing. Most issues are related to Digital purchasing and accessing any previous digital purchases.

In addition Major Nelson and Aceybongos have also been active on twitter as it appears the Xbox executives and marketing teams are attempting to be more open and stem the damage this latest outage is having with the platform. In fact its the 8th time theres been a failure in 8 weeks. Perhaps the PSN isn’t as bad as we all imagined.

I actually haven't even had an issue like all the others that couldn't get online mine was fine.

Earthborn It's typical of Microsoft. I've played on both consoles and it's clear this generation, the Playstation 4 has dominated the market. Microsoft have failed, big time. Sales dropped dramatically at the E3 conference. They need to pull their finger out and start listening and focusing to the players. They're capable of great things, the Xbox 360 proved that.

Microsoft started listening as soon as Phil spencer became head about 2 years ago

Nothing happened to me, I was downloading and playing, but it was a bit laggy at times.
