Microsoft plans to build ad blocker into Edge browser

During the Microsoft Build conference today, Microsoft unveiled some big plans they have for their Edge browser in Windows 10. One of the features they have planned is built-in ad-blocking which is targeted to appear in the next Edge version.

At the top of the list, it appears there will be extension support coming along with the built-in ad-blocking.

Here's the list of features Microsoft has planned for Edge.

its actually unbearable on xbox, so annoying. but who tf uses edge on their computer anyway lmao

No because chrome doesn't have a built in ad-blocker.
