First of all, Mirosoft is going to host “a couple of days of live shows” at E3, and they have “some cool stuff” planned.
Speaking of trade shows, Hryb himself will host a story time keynote at PAX Australia.
If you’re wondering what’s going on with Kinect, the team is working on some “cool stuff” with the sensor, one example is Cortana, and that work is set to continue.
Hryb talked to the team working on the app to stream Xbox One games to PC, and he mentioned that he’s going to try to get them to implement a beta option to stream via the internet (outside of your local network) and try out how it works.
The problem is that many non-core users would see that it doesn’t work in many situations due to low bandwidth, and then they’d clog the support services with calls. That said, he’s still going to try and push the possibility of a beta for the feature.
Asked on whether there’s going to be a limited edition Xbox One console for Gears of War 4, the only thing he could say was “I hear you.”
Last, but not least, also mentioned that people loved the Xbox One Elite controller, and Microsoft heard “loud and clear” that people want more premium-level experiences, so they’re “absolutely working on something like that” for the future, even if he could not give specifics.
