Nokia to axe 1,700 jobs worldwide
The world's largest mobile phone manufacturer Nokia has announced plans to cut 1,700 jobs globally. The move is part of large cost-cutting measures as the company tries to cope with the economic downturn and falling demand for handsets. Wii a family console? Sega doesn't think so
Looks like Sega's latest game, House of the Dead: OVERKILL, has set a new Guiness World Record! Released on Febuary 10 2009, the Grindhouse styled shooter has been awarded the "Most Profane Video Game in History." The game drops the 'f-bomb' a total of 189 times. iTunes gift card algorithm hacked, $200.00 card for $2.60
It was bound to happen sooner or later but it appears that the iTunes gift card algorithm has been hacked by someone in China. According to Outdustry an iTunes gift card with a face value of $200.00 can be bought for as low as $10.00 with reports that they are selling for as cheap as $2.60. NBC and Microsoft partner up for Xbox Europe
