French Court Fines eBay Over Fake Goods
A French court has ordered eBay to pay a 40m euro fine (£36.1m; $63m) to luxury goods group LVMH for allowing fake copies of its goods to be auctioned on the site. Competition inquiry delays broadcasters' online service
Ambitious plans for an online video on demand service offering more than 10,000 hours of classic TV shows from the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 were hit yesterday by a decision to refer them to the Competition Commission. New version of OpenOffice.org fixes critical bug
