Microsoft is gearing up to announce the successor to the Xbox 360 at E3 2012, and Crytek is already developing a new TimeSplitters game for the next generation of consoles, VideoGamer.com can reveal. Microsoft’s Xbox 360 topped the U.S. sales charts again in May. Market research company NPD released its latest sales figures on Monday. Despite a temporary slip in December (due to shortages), Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console has dominated the charts for 11 out of 12 months. Bethesda’s confirmed that hackers have compromised personal data belonging to users on its websites and the stats site for Brink.
