Current estimates put the recent PSN hack damages in the range of 100's of millions of dollars. Sony which has insurers in place to cover these types of things, but those insurers are looking to bail on the electronics maker. Microsoft today reported its fourth-quarter earnings results for the months ended June 30, 2011. The company shipped 1.7 million Xbox 360s for the quarter. For fiscal year 2011, Microsoft shipped 13.7 million consoles, up from 10.3 million a year ago. Since its launch in 2005, Microsoft has shipped a total of 55.5 million consoles worldwide.
