Sonic 3 director Jeff Fowler has announced that the movie has concluded filming. Posting to X, the director, wearing a shirt reading, “Keep Calm and Jim Carrey On,” showed off a film slate depicting Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will be released in cinemas on December 20, 2024.
