Defeat Jehrii
Pscho's are this games' bosses and they are all pretty easy to beat. As long as you have a good weapon, full health and you can read their attacks (which isn't hard) they can be beaten without a sweat. I suggest taking a ZAR (or any gun) and a Grim Reaper with you as they are top tier weapons.
