1.) Go to a location that is kind of remote so no one will hear you.

2.) Set a server to your favorites.

3.) Wait until you see a screen that says waiting for host in the center, and ready in the bottom left.

4.) Once you see that spam the esc button.

5.) Quickly join back into that same server.

6.) You should see your character standing in front of you.

7.) Proceed to killing your character with a gun, as a melee weapon will damage the items in your inventory.

8.) Grab your items!
