Under certain circumstances, the Xbox OneGuide may not display your channel lineup, may show incorrect information, or may not show any information at all. This is generally due to either incorrect settings or a delay in receiving information from Xbox Live.

Solutions

Solution 1: Connect to Xbox Live

Connect to Xbox Live to view your channel information in the OneGuide. You will not be able to see channel information while offline.

Solution 2: Check your cable or satellite provider settings

Xbox One needs accurate information about your TV provider and channel lineup to populate the OneGuide. To verify your channel information:

1. From Home, say Xbox, go to Settings, or open Settings from Your games & apps.

2. Select TV & OneGuide.
