If you cant eject your disc from your Xbox One console, you can manually eject it using a paper clip.

Solution

Try these steps to eject the disc.

4. Insert the straight end of the paper clip into the eject hole, which is located next to the yellow sticker.
5. The disc should pop out slightly. Pull out the disc the rest of the way with your fingers.

Note Make sure the disc isnt sticky and doesnt have a label that might prevent it from ejecting again in the future.
