1. Disconnect the Ethernet Cable from the X1 or go to network in settings to disconnect it from wireless. (if wireless before shutting off, disconnect from your network on the console)

2. Restart the console and start installing the game. This should make the first install go a lot faster.

3. You will still have to reconnect and install the updates which takes time but this allows you to cut time on the first install. You should notice you will start at a high percentage now and that is because the manual install is done and it is only updates that have to be done.

4. Keep yourself occupied until the game allows you to play which is pretty easy considering you can play any digital games on your Xbox One.
