Installing Netflix

To use Netflix, your PS4 system must be online via Wi-Fi or Ethernet and you must be signed-in to your Sony Entertainment Network account.

Once you are connected to the PSN, follow these steps to install Netflix:

From the Home screen, select [TV & Video] and press down on the d-pad of the controller.

Choose [Netflix] from the list and press the X button icon button.

Select [Download] and press the X button icon button. The download button will be replaced with a progress bar, and you will receive a notification that Netflix is being downloaded.

Press the PS Button once to return to the TV & Video screen.

Once the PS4 finishes downloading, it will automatically install. You will receive a notification when installation is complete. Netflix is now ready to be used.
