Shared Content can be found in the Captures category located in System Storage Management, under Settings on the function screen. Each file is stored in the folder named after the game it was taken from with all others being stored in the Other folder.

To view or delete the file, first highlight the file and then push the Options button on the Dual Shock 4 controller. A menu will pop-up with the option to Delete or Preview the selected file.

While viewing an image or video and there are multiple files within the folder, pushing the L1 or R1 button will allow you to view the previous or next file.

For videos, L2 or R2 will Fast Reverse or Fast Forward the video. The X button will allow you to Pause and Play video. Push the Circle button to exit out of the Preview mode.

In the case of selecting Delete from the pop-up menu, you will be taken to a selections screen where you can choose a single or multiple files to delete at once. After the selection is made, choose Delete to delete file or files.
