The Chilled Amulet is a craftable item found in the Magic tab. It can be equipped in the chest slot to restore Sanity while slowly freezing the player.

While a player has the Chilled Amulet equipped, they will gain +2 sanity per minute. This comes at the cost of temperature loss, which soon causes freezing. A good strategy is to equip this item while standing next to a fire to regain sanity without heat loss.

Anything that attacks the player while they're wearing the Chilled Amulet will be slowed down and then frozen if attacks are repeated, much like Ice Staff needs several hits to freeze certain mobs.

The Chilled Amulet will not protect from fire damage.
