Magiluminescence is an ancient amulet that emits light. The player also gets a sanity boost of +2/min.
While wearing it, it will provide a small amount of light around the player with the radius of a Torch and grants the player more running speed like the Walking Cane. Basically, this amulet is a combination of the Torch and the Walking Cane, so it is good for both exploring in the night or in the caves and running away from monsters. It has durability and degrades over time while worn.


When placed on the ground, the Magiluminescence used to glow and not lose any durability. As of the A Moderately Friendly Update, they will no longer glow when dropped on the ground.
You can stack the speed bonus with the Walking Cane to have a total increase of 50% movement speed while both items are worn. This means that while on the road you will have a terrific 100% speed boost.

Thulecite is a material found in Ruins. It is used to craft various items in the Ancient tab and to repair a broken Ancient Pseudoscience Station. Currently, it is nonrenewable, though in theory, one could renew Thulecite by hammering the Ancient Pseudoscience Station and repairing it, since it takes 10 hits to destroy the Station but only 6 Thulecite to fully repair it, and each hit has the potential to spawn Thulecite. The chances of this occurring are extremely low though, so for practical purposes, Thulecite is non-renewable.
