1 - Before entering the prison, there are stairs leading to a control room that
overlooks the entry gate. Check this room for the laptop.

2 - After entering the prison, this laptop is inside first prison control center.

3 - After the ambush in the hanging armory, stop at the next gate "airlock"
before rappelling down with MacTavish and look into the prison office. The room
will have a number as well -- $327.

4 - In Captain Price's room. After meeting up, check to your left once you've
regained control over your character. You will have just enough time to grab
the laptop before MacTavish orders a general retreat.
