In the third part of the final battle with Liquid Ocelot (when Snake Eater from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater plays), he will grab you at certain parts and attempt to put you into a headlock. You can't predict when this is going to happen, as his attempts to do this are completely random, so you'll have to endure his hits until the move initiates. When prompted to set yourself free by wiggling the button, ignore it. Ocelot will kiss you and you will unlock the trophy.
