Refer to the missable collectible guide found here, to make collecting the missable collectibles a lot easier. You can get the missable ones, then come back after game completion to collect the rest in your own time.

There are a total of 37 different outfits in the game, most of the outfits require 3 pieces to them so in reality there is much more than 37. A lot of them are missable however, as they are located in areas of the game which get locked out and you cannot return to get them. Be very careful and follow a guide to make sure you don't miss any. See Full Arsenal for more info on this trophy.
