If you cant eject your disc from your Xbox One console, try this sulution to maually eject the disc from your xbox one.
Steps to manually eject disc form xbox one console
Step 1: Disconnect the power cord and any other cables connected to the console.

Step 2: Uncoil a paper clip.

Step 3: Find the yellow sticker behind the vents on the left side of the console.
Step 4: Insert the straight end of the paper clip into the eject hole, which is located next to the yellow sticker.

Step 5: The disc should pop out slightly. Pull out the disc the rest of the way with your fingers.
