If you decide you no longer want anyone using your Xbox One console if they dont have their own Xbox profile, you can simply remove the guest key you created by following these steps.
How to remove a guest key
Step 1: Go to the Home screen.
Step 2: Press the Menu button on the controller.

Step 3: Select Settings.

Step 4: Scroll to the far right and select Guest settings.

Step 5: Select Remove guest key.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 6: Enter the existing guest key when prompted to remove the guest key
Step 2: Press the Menu button on the controller.

Step 3: Select Settings.

Step 4: Scroll to the far right and select Guest settings.

Step 5: Select Remove guest key.

Step 6: Enter the existing guest key when prompted to remove the guest key
