If you have experienced this error : Try again soon. Not sure what as happened there . ( 0x87c40000 ) on you're Xbox One along with long loading times, here is how to troubleshoot and resolve it.
Steps to solve problem
Step 1: Clear System cache
To clear system cache press and hold the Xbox One power button for 5 10 seconds.
Clearing the system cache also clears the network card so any changes that have been done take action. ( Ex. Manually IP address put in, only way for change to be in effect , press and hold power button 5 -10 seconds).
If problem isn't resolved please go to step 2
Step 2: Check Nat setting settings
Press the Menu button on the Xbox One controller.
Select Settings.
Select Network.
On the Network settings screen, under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field will tell you your current NAT type.
If the settings are set to open go to step 3, if they are Strict go to this thread.
Step 3 : Restore Console To Factory Default
Before restoring to factory , keep in mind you will lose all accounts, apps, games, saved games and settings. Proceed only if all previous steps did not work.
Press the Xbox button on your controller and select Settings. Or, say Xbox, go to Settings.
Select System.
Select Restore factory defaults.
Read the warning message and select Yes.
Your Xbox One console will now begin the process of erasing all content and resetting itself to the default settings.
