Objective: Find 2XTheTap, kill 2XTheTap before he evades, access the online contracts

As you reach the next waypoint youre interrupted by an online invasion hack. Get into a car and try to hunt down the hacker. Youll need to try everyone in the area until to have the right person, but as you search more people the search area will narrow until you have the right one.

Once you have him in your sights take him down quickly before he gets away. Either perform a takedown or shoot him. Now using the Online Contracts App and select Online Hacking from the map you can request a target. Once that target is taken care of you can access normal missions again.
