You to find all 23 songs like other collectibles. Find them all and unlock the achievement Disk Spade Full Unlock every song with the SongSneak app.
SongSneak Songs Locations
There are 2 methods to unlock them. First, hack the citizens that carry the song which requires you to progress through the entire story campaign to get them all. The second method uses the SongSneak App, requires you to find music that is playing in the open world and then use the app.
The recommended places to listen in on using the SongSneak App are at Clothing Stores, Gun Shops, Coffee Shops and News Stands. As for much the best spot is at the four News Stand in the park north-west of the navy pier.
