Complete Dead Rising 3: Operation Broken Eagle
This is for completing the final story based mission at the Mayors Mansion. Simply clear out all bodyguards and retrieve the President.
The Beast
The Operation Eagle DLC features four new combo weapons, but only one has a blueprint you may find and collect. This is for the weapon, "The Beast", a cross between a Shotgun and a Chainsaw.
