This tutorial is extremely simple and can be fixed in one line of text and Editing 2 Lines in a config file
Requirments: Knowledge of your PC Specs and Hardware, DayZ commander
First Go to : C:\Users\Fallout\Documents\ArmA 2 and open up the Arma2OA.CFG File
Next got lines 16 & 17 and find where it says
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1000;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=3;
Change it to
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;
If that dosen't work revert the setting (Works for some people)
Now For the next part that requires Dayz Commander
Now using your PC specs edit this text as you must
-nosplash -skipintro -nopause -cpucount=4 -maxmem=6144 -maxvram=1536 -exThreads=7
Cpucount=# (This must be the amount of cores your cpu containts.
maxmem=#### (This should be the amount of ram in your computer, 1GB = 1024mb, Make sure you put the number in MB
maxvram= (Same as before but this time using the ram in your GPU/APU 1GB = 1024MB)
-ExThreads=7 (If im not wrong if you have 4+ Cores it needs to be 7, if you have 2 it needs to be 3. correct me if im wrong)
Now once you change those numbers to whats in your system copy it and open Dayz Commander
Now go to settings and Paste it into Launch Parameters.
Now your good to GO!

This does not work for everyone, As some get 20+ fps, I only got and increase when playing on High (5+ fps) So I hope this works for you!
