Upgrade your MyGM to Level 70.
This trophy will require at least 70, 000 VC and you will need to upgrade all 7 attributes. You will also unlock Fresh Meat and Emerging Force. The values for each attribute may differ depending on which personality you choose when first starting the game mode. Here are the totals for each category (Note: These values are if you chose Persuader so some totals may be slightly different with the other personalities).
Coaching - 10,300 VC
Training - 10,800 VC
Scouting - 10,300 VC
Salary Negotiation - 11.970 VC
Trade Negotiation - 10,300 VC
Business Savvy - 10,300 VC
Emotional Intelligence - 6600 VC
There is no real quick way to farm VC in this game but a good way to earn around 800-1200 VC in about 5 minutes is to start a MyGM and make sure you have injuries turned off.
