Purchase an NBA Franchise in MyGM.
You will need 50,000 VC and meet 3 requirements to purchase a NBA franchise. In order to get this trophy you will first need to get Straight Up Mogul.
Requirements:
Own all attributes and Special Abilities
Owner at least Happy
Managed the team for at least 3 seasons
You will be done most of the first requirement after you achieve Straight Up Mogul but in addition you need to purchase all 8 special abilities which will cost around 7000 VC. For the second requirement, the Owner must be at least "Happy" which is morale/trust of 61 and above. You will receive goals at the beginning as well as throughout the season which you can respond to him in three ways: Will accomplish (raises Owner's trust a lot now but lowers a lot if failed) might accomplish (slightly raises trust, but slightly lowers if failed) and won't accomplish (decreases trust a lot now but won't lower as much if failed). It is best to accomplish the goals (especially demands compared to wish list) to raise trust and you could also improve it in the press conferences that relate to you and the owner. You can go to the Owner option and it will show you current goals and in the bottom left, it will show you Owner's current trust. If your Owner's trust is too low he may fire you and you will have to start with a new team.
Once you purchased a franchise you could receive VC for making a profit over a season.
$0 Profit = 200 VC
$5 million = 400 VC
$10 million = 750 VC
$15 million or greater = 1000 VC
